Out of Rubble is a non-profit organization focused on equipping local ministries, businesses, and organizations to be better prepared to serve their community during times of crisis.

We plan to do this by supporting the formation of local groups, called Restoration Coalitions, made up of the various local ministries, businesses, and organizations that agree to work together to demonstrate God’s love to their hurting communities.
Out of Rubble plans to equip these Coalitions by helping to connect them to specialized knowledge, skills, and resources and developing a cadre of professional emergency managers who can answer questions and make recommendations. All of this is made available to the local Restoration Coalitions to support their efforts.
